About PRI
Parkinson’s Resilience Institute (PRI) is a national nonprofit focused on fostering resilience, redefining support, and transforming care for people with Parkinson’s and their care partners.
PRI is an early-stage organization building programs, partnerships, and resources from the ground up.
The Opportunity
PRI is seeking a Volunteer Founder’s Associate to work directly with the Founder and help keep the organization moving forward.
This is a hands-on opportunity for an organized, dependable, resourceful person who enjoys making things happen and wants to help build something meaningful.
What You’ll Do
Help organize projects, deadlines, meetings, and follow-ups.
Conduct research on funding, partnerships, and Parkinson’s-related resources.
Maintain contacts, databases, files, and organizational information.
Assist with outreach, communications, social media, and website updates.
Support the rollout of Parkinson’s Pilot™ and other PRI programs.
Provide general organizational support as needed.
What We’re Looking For
Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
Strong communicator.
Comfortable with research and technology.
Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Proactive and willing to take ownership.
Comfortable working in an evolving, early-stage organization.
Nonprofit experience is helpful but not required. Background in administration, project management, communications, marketing, research, healthcare, education, or business is a plus.
