Parkinson’s Pilot™

Personal Resilience Course for Patients and Their Caregivers

Parkinson’s Pilot is a guided video course currently in development by the Parkinson’s Resilience Institute to help people develop personal resilience and navigate the emotional, practical, and psychological realities of a Parkinson’s diagnosis.

Designed especially for those who are newly diagnosed, as well as their families and care partners, Parkinson’s Pilot will explore the questions, fears, decisions, and adjustments that emerge in the early stages of the journey.

Through a series of simple yet thoughtful video lessons, Parkinson’s Pilot will address topics such as understanding the full Parkinson’s disease spectrum, managing uncertainty, navigating care, maintaining emotional well-being, communicating with others, and building a strong support system. Our goal is not simply to provide information, but to help people feel more grounded, informed, connected, and capable moving forward.
